Orders & delivery
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch your order within 2 working days. From there it is 1–2 working days in the Czech Republic and 3–6 across the rest of the European Union. Full table on the shipping page.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Not yet. We deliver within the European Union only, which is why nothing you order can be held at a border.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. Inside the EU there is no customs procedure and no import duty. The price at checkout is the whole price.
Can I track my order?
Yes — a tracking link arrives by e-mail the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Products
What does “limited edition” mean?
It means a fixed run and no reprint. The Japanese Hoodie exists in 299 individually numbered pieces worldwide. When they are gone the print is retired — there is no second edition and no open version.
How do I choose the right size?
Every garment has a size guide with measurements in centimetres and inches, taken from the garment rather than from a body. The cuts are unisex and roomy; if you are between sizes, take the smaller one.
Where are the products made?
Made in the heart of Europe. Everything ships from inside the European Union, and each product page says where that particular piece was made and finished.
Is this official Freddie Mercury merchandise?
World of Freddie is an independent cultural project. All products carry the original branding of the World of Freddie exhibition and are not affiliated with the Estate of Freddie Mercury or Queen Productions. The full statement is in the footer of every page.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. The form is in the box. Details on the returns page.
What if something arrives damaged?
Photograph it and write to info@worldoffreddie.com with your order number. We will replace it or refund you — you do not need to argue for it.
Experiences
How do I book an experience?
Pick a date on the experience page and reserve it there. Both packages are limited to 20 guests, so a date is confirmed by e-mail before anything is charged.
Can I cancel a booking?
Experiences have their own cancellation terms, because they are booked for a specific date. Write to us and we will tell you where you stand.
