Where we deliver

We deliver to the countries that can be selected at checkout. The carriers and delivery methods (home delivery, pick-up points or parcel lockers) depend on the destination. At checkout you see the options available for your address, with their prices, before you confirm the order.

Free delivery

Delivery is free on orders of 120 € or more within the European Union. In the Czech Republic, delivery to pick-up points and parcel lockers is free on orders of 2 500 CZK or more.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days in the Czech Republic and 3–6 working days elsewhere in the European Union. You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Customs and taxes

All prices include VAT. Orders delivered within the European Union involve no customs procedure and no import duty.

Experiences

Experiences take place at House of Music Hungary in Budapest and are not shipped. The date is confirmed by e-mail.

Damaged parcel

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it and write to info@worldoffreddie.com with your order number. We will replace the item or refund you.
