You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Tell us within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods. An e-mail to info@worldoffreddie.com is enough, or you can use the model withdrawal form (PDF).

Refund

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with. We send the refund once we have received the goods back, or once you show us they have been dispatched, whichever happens first.

Cost of the return

The cost of sending the goods back is paid by you.

What cannot be returned

• Goods made to your specification.
• Food that has been opened.
• Experiences: a leisure service booked for a specific date is excluded from the right of withdrawal under § 1837 of the Czech Civil Code and has its own cancellation terms; write to info@worldoffreddie.com.

You may withdraw from the purchase of a gift card within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it has not been used.

Damaged or faulty goods

Goods are covered by a two-year warranty. Write to info@worldoffreddie.com with your order number and a description of the defect; we will handle the complaint within 30 days. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it and write to us, and we will replace the item or refund you.
